Sweet little Chibbi has never had a family of her own. She has been living in the back yard of a rental and getting the bare minimum care from whatever tenants occupy the home.  Despite the lack of attention, she is ever hopeful that she will find someone to love her. Chibbi has a wonderful temperament.
