Roper, so named because he had a dirty old rope tied around his neck when we first laid eyes on him. He was friendly, yet scared. He was dumped near our rescue location in Lindsay. It took us over a month to secure him and Rufus. Roper and  Rufus have been in foster care for over a month, he's super friendly but needs a home with another dog or more.  He is using the pet doors and comes inside, but not fully house trained.
