A single word that can describe Penny is UNIQUE. Her looks, the way she can entertain herself, the way she loves being with people and other dogs and the way she just seems to be happy all the time. Penny doesn't realize it but she is deaf. God gave her those big ears for looks not for hearing. Penny would love a companion that would be willing to spend the time to teach her sign language. Penny would do best in a home with other dogs to react with. She also loves the water in winter and summer.
