Noel's story is very poignant. She was abandoned when her people moved, pregnant and terrified. She had her 4 pups under a shrub in the yard and cared for them for several weeks until a kind stranger brought the little family to us during a terrible rainstorm. The kids have all found homes and now it's time for Noel to go to a wonderful home for the New Year
