Ellis was running loose in the streets and little boys were throwing things at him. One of our volunteers picked him and and tried to find an owner- but no one came forward. He is a VERY high energy little guy- more Jack than chi. He would benefit from another dog for exercise and a person who is around a lot. He does not like to be left out of anything and expects to be in the house most of the time.
