TiVo is a teenage chihuahua looking for a special home. He is a sweet boy that has some slight neurological issues that cause him to walk in a circle. He has some visual impairment but otherwise functions at a nearly normal level. Chihuahua lovers- this is the guy for you. He is house-trained, crate trained and loves being around the other dogs and cats but would be happiest in someone's lap. None of his issues require any medical care or treatment.
